1. License Grant
The Company grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software under the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Types
Trial License
- Limited to 3 or 5 executions
- Free of charge
- Automatically expires after trial usage limit is reached
Monthly License
- Valid for 1 month from activation
- Automatically expires unless renewed
- Intended for personal or commercial use (as specified)
Lifetime License
- Valid for the lifetime of the Software product
- Includes updates unless stated otherwise
- Does not guarantee perpetual availability of services or support
3. License Activation
- Licenses are activated via a license key or license file.
- The license may be technically bound to:
- a specific device
- a user account
- Sharing or reselling licenses is strictly prohibited.
4. Restrictions
The user shall not:
- copy or distribute the Software
- sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Software
- modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software
- remove copyright notices
5. Ownership
The Software remains the exclusive property of the Company.
The license does not grant ownership rights.
6. Updates and Changes
- The Company may provide updates or bug fixes at its discretion.
- The Company may modify or discontinue features without liability.
7. Termination
The license terminates immediately if:
- the user violates this Agreement
- payment is reversed or refunded
- the Software is misused
Upon termination, the user must stop using the Software.
8. No Warranty
The Software is provided without warranties of any kind.
The Company disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic / EU.
11. Acceptance
By installing, downloading, or using the Software, the user confirms acceptance of this Software License Agreement.
